From Single Family Estates and Luxury Townhomes to Oceanfront Condos, Brett is an accomplished specialist in many aspects of real estate sales, management, investment, and marketing. In addition to possessing a traditional real estate background, Brett served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for real estate technology firm AuctionPoint, a LoopNet (NASDAQ: LOOP) invested company where he was instrumental in securing partnerships with NAI Global, Sperry Van Ness and CCIM.

Fun Facts About Brett
- Brett’s Great Grandfather Isadore Rosen and Grandfather Phillip Rosen owned and operated one of the first major brick masonry and Real Estate Development businesses in all of New York City. They built many of New York’s most prestigious brick buildings and Brett credits his strong work ethic to his Grandfather’s early influence.
- Brett was also one of the owners of a Sports Bar and Grill in Ann Arbor Michigan called Touchdown Café (Today, called the Blue Leprechaun) which was rated as one of ESPN’s top college sports bars in the United States.
