Where do we start? Thanking you for all you have done for our family seems like such an understatement. You handled three extremely difficult real estate deals for us in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills in less than six weeks not just somehow but beyond our expectations. You handle pressure with that big smile and create such a peaceful atmosphere that what should have been a stressful time for our family was actually a pleasure. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes in our lives. Brett Raskin recently represented me in both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new condo.  Besides being the most helpful and giving person, he also “knew” me immediately and found my new home in one try!  He knew what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me, and more importantly, in the area and price-range that I was looking for.  He knows how demanding my professional life is and never wasted one moment of my time.  He stepped in and represented me in meetings and appointments when he knew I just didn’t have the time to make it myself.  His entire office is incredibly friendly, professional and extremely helpful.  They explained things when I didn’t have a clue what I was signing and re-arranged everything so that it was convenient for me to move, in my very limited free time. We worked with Brett on the sale of our townhouse and purchase of a new single family house in Santa Monica.  Our deal was very complicated as the market of Santa Monica did not like “contingency deals”. Brett helped us navigate the process through his professionalism, tenacity and a keen attention to brokering the transactions. Brett shielded us from stress while maintaining a sense of humor.
