After more than ten years of planning and development, new luxury condos are slated for Beverly Hills. Located at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard, the project put together by New Pacific will contain 54 condo units, 7303 square feet of commercial space, and 220 parking spaces.

What To Expect

MVE Architects designed the development. Current plans show the complex as a six-story glass building around a central courtyard that faces Wilshire Boulevard. The courtyard will be 70 ft by 70 ft and open to the public. In addition to adding beauty, this space will also help cut down on street noise.

Also In Beverly Hills

New Pacific is not new to developments in the area. They also own retail shops at 9399 Wilshire Boulevard.  Additionally, another condo is slated for the area. Palisades Capital Partners is also building a mid-rise condo on Wilshire Blvd.
